Connecting Network Devices
Step 1
Connect InfiniBand cables from the host to the InfiniBand switch. 
a.
To connect an InfiniBand cable, push the connector into the interface until you hear or feel a click. 
 shows an InfiniBand cable with a pinch connector, and 
 shows an InfiniBand 
cable with a pull connector.

Note
If your host does not provide an ample amount of space around an InfiniBand port, double-check that 
your InfiniBand cable connector engages fully. Move your connector back and forth to be sure that both 
sides of the connector have locked firmly into place.

To remove a cable with a pinch connector, pinch both sides of the back of the connector and pull the
