When you have selected the .pwd file, click
Open
in the dialog box.

When you have finished entering the files to be uploaded, click
Load File
.
When the files are successfully transferred, the system displays the status screen.

Under Security, select
License File

Select "Install the license file I previously downloaded" and click Submit.
The system tells you the license is installed successfully.
