Connecting to the Internet

This section explains how to connect to and disconnect from the Internet.

As an example you can try and connect to Techworks Home Page by starting the Web Browser. An explana-
tion of how to start the Internet Explorer 4.0 Browser and Netscape Communicator 4.7 Browser is given.

Using Internet Explorer

This section explains the procedure using Internet Explorer 4.0

Using Netscape Navigator

 Before starting Netscape Navigator, check that Netscape Navigator is installed in your

PC.

Internet Connection

Click the Start button, select Programs,  Internet Explorer and Internet
Explorer.

In the Address field, enter http://www.tech-
works.com/, and press the Enter key. If you
specify the URL for a different home page using
the same procedure, the specified home page
will be displayed.

 If no home page is displayed,

refer to Chapter 2 Troubleshooting in the
separate Reference Manual.

Our home page will be displayed.
