During a call:

Set up or cancel call 
forwarding:

Restrict outgoing or 
incoming calls:

M > } Settings > Security 
> Call Barring

When you turn on 
fixed dialing, you can 
call only numbers 
stored in the fixed dial list.

To turn fixed dialing on or 
off:

> Fixed Dial
