Configure Basic Settings
You can customize your SoundPoint IP 601 phone by adjusting the
settings for time and date, display contrast, ring type, etc. You can
also add contacts to the phone’s directory manually or from call lists.

You can configure basic settings by pressing the Menu button and
then selecting Settings > Basic.
Appearance of Date/Time
You can configure how the date/time appears on the display. The
display flashes if the phone cannot obtain a time and date from a
configured SNTP server. Contact your system administrator if the
date/time is incorrect.
