BSS / OHCA / Whisper OHCA
If an extension user dials "1" while hearing a busy tone, BSS or OHCA or Whisper OHCA
will be activated at the called extension.
This is determined by the following conditions.

This feature is only effective if the called extension has set "Call Waiting" feature. If not,
