Other Tips 

●  In Camera settings, touch Grid to help frame the subject better or improve the 

composition. 

●  If the subject has a lot of white (for example, food on a plate), adjust the white balance in 

Camera settings. Choose the option that shows the natural color of the subject. 

●  In Camera settings, you can touch Image adjustments and adjust the exposure, 

contrast, and others before taking the photo. 

●  After capturing the photo, you can continue to edit the contrast, brightness, and others in 

the Gallery app. You can even straighten a slightly skewed photo by touching Edit > 
Tools > Straighten. 

Reminisce on good times. Use Gallery to view all your photos and videos that are on your 
phone or your online albums. 

You can view photos by event or location, trim videos, add photo frames and special effects, 
and more.  

1.  Touch 

 > 

 > Gallery. You

’ll see tiles of photos arranged by event. The view is 

refreshed every time new photos or videos are shot or new images are added. 

Note: To browse photos by album or location or see your friends' photos on social networks, 

touch 

 and select which photos to browse. 

2.  Browse to an album or a group of photos. 

3.  Touch a photo or video to view it in full screen. HTC Zoe photos appear as moving 

images when viewed in Gallery or in full screen mode.  

Note: When viewing HTC Zoe photos in full screen mode, a white dot on the progress bar 
indicates the moment when the shutter button was pressed to capture the HTC Zoe photo. 

View Photos and Videos by Event 

1.  Touch 

 > 

 > Gallery. You

’ll see tiles of photos arranged by event. Photos and 

videos that you captured using your phone are grouped by time and location. 

2.  Touch a tile to see photos and videos taken at a certain event. The top tile displays a 

preview of the highlight video created from the event. 

3.  Touch the preview to view the highlight video in full screen.
