Press to silence the ringer temporarily while 

the telephone base is ringing (page 35).
Press and hold to erase the missed call 

indicator when the phone is not in use  

(page 54).
Press to return to the previous menu, or  

press and hold to return to idle mode, while 

in a menu without making changes.

Press repeatedly to add or remove 1 in front 

of the caller ID log entry before dialing or 

saving it to the directory while reviewing a 

caller ID log entry (page 56).
Press and hold to set or dial your voicemail 

number (page 26 or page 37).

Press to answer an incoming call when you 

hear a call waiting alert during a call  

(page 33)..

Press to adjust the listening volume during a 

call or message playback (page 34 or  

page 68).
Press to adjust the telephone base ringer 

volume when the phone is not in use
