Publishing a Presentations™ slide show to PDF
1 On the toolbar, click the PDF
button.
2 On the General tab, click Browse. Choose the drive and folder where
you want to save the file, type a filename in the Filename box, and
then click Save.

• Full document
• Current view
• Selection
• Slides
• Speaker notes
• Audience notes
