Background Image Setting
1.
Prepare the image in a bitmap or JPEG file format.
2.
Click
(Background) on the toolbar and select the background image of the
map.
3.
Go to the Property [Canvas] tab and set the background image information.

Horizontal/Vertical: Adjust the background image size by clicking each field
