SANbloc products of its manufacture to be free from defect
in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years
f r o m   t h e   d a t e   o f   s h i p m e n t .   D u r i n g   t h i s   p e r i o d ,   i f   t h e
customer experiences difficulties with a ADAPTEC 2Gb
SANbloc system and is unable to resolve the problem via
p h o n e   w i t h   A D A P T E C   Te c h n i c a l   S u p p o r t   a   R e t u r n
Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for the
f a u l t y   c o m p o n e n t .   F o l l o w i n g   r e c e i p t   o f   a n   R M A ,   t h e
P u r c h a s e r   i s   r e s p o n s i b l e   f o r   r e t u r n i n g   t h e   p r o d u c t   t o
