To configure SMTP email notification

Review the required information to configure the SMTP email notification.

Specify whether you want to configure the SMTP notification.

Do you want to configure SMTP notification? [y,n,q] (y)

If you do not want to configure the SMTP notification, you can skip to the
next configuration option.

Provide information to configure SMTP notification.

Provide the following information:

Enter the SMTP server’s host name.

Enter the domain-based hostname of the SMTP server

(example: smtp.yourcompany.com): [b,?]

Enter the email address of each recipient.

Enter the full email address of the SMTP recipient

(example: user@yourcompany.com): [b,?]

■

Enter the minimum security level of messages to be sent to each recipient.

Enter the minimum severity of events for which mail should be

sent to ozzie@example.com

[I=Information, W=Warning,

E=Error, S=SevereError]: [b,?]

Add more SMTP recipients, if necessary.

If you want to add another SMTP recipient, enter

and provide the

required information at the prompt.
