1.  Part Number - the part number is located on the bottom of the HDD Copy Dock 

Duplicator.

2.  Serial Number - the serial number is located on the bottom of the HDD Copy 

Dock Duplicator.

3.  Troubles/symptoms - please provide enough information about the issue so our 

technical staff can accurately diagnose it.
