752i provides a register for status and control of enumeration. In a Monarch 
system, the EReady register at hex location F820,5000

 is readable to indicate that other 
boards in the system are ready for enumeration. In a non-Monarch system, the register is 
writeable to indicate the Katana
752i is ready for enumeration.
