add command
A new Peer is created with the
 ipsec peer add
  command.
Example
In the following example, a new peer is created, named peer1
The result of this operation can be verified with the 
list
 command.
For the newly created peer in this example, all parameters are unset. Setting of the 
parameters is described in the next section.
