NOTE 1 — MTDM is being manufacture discontinued.
NOTE 2 — flow control problem.  Both the MTDM and the 7400A expect XON/XOFF flow control when
running 19.2 Kbps.  Voice messages can emulate XON/XOFF.  This results in lost data and dropped
connections.
