BrightStor ARCserve Backup Enterprise 
Option for VSS Software Snapshot 
protects data without interrupting regular 
workflow and as well as backup files 
opened by applications. This option can 
create software-based shadow copies as 
well as hardware-based shadow copies 
on devices that support this functionality. 
BrightStor ARCserve Backup Enterprise 
Option for Hardware Snapshot is required 
to transport hardware snapshots from one
