access

the

drives:

Open

the

computer

cover.

On

some

models,

you

might

need

to

pivot

the

optical

drive

bay

assembly

upward

and

remove

the

hard

disk

drive

to

access

the

internal

components.

note

location

any

cables

that

you

disconnect

from

drives

the

board.

the

hard

disk

drive

assembly

is

in

the

latched

down

position

before

closing
