  You may need to 

temporarily remove the 

video RAM DIMM.
To remove the video RAM 

DIMM, press down on the 

video RAM DIMM slot 

while pulling up on the 

video RAM DIMM.

2 Remove the 

communications card 

from its static-proof 

bag, and hold the card by 

its edges to avoid 

touching the connectors.
