Cooking Instructions

  Preheat oil in large sauce-pan, add in chicken and onion and sear for around 5 minutes or until 
the outside brown. Transfer the content to the inner pot of the Variety Cooker.

  Add lemongrass, fish sauce, dried ground cumin, fresh ginger, water, chili powder, mix well.  
Press the [Main] button to select the [Stew] submenu, close the lid and set the cooking time  
to 45 minutes.
Press the

[Cook]/[OK] button to start the cooking program. Cook for 10 minutes and stir 
the ingredients for a few seconds in the middle of the cooking process for even cooking.

  When the Variety Cooker beeps to indicate that the cooking process is finished. Garnish with 
fresh spring onion and lemon juice before serving.
