■ Finishing ScanSnap Operation
Exiting ScanSnap Manager
Select [Quit] from the ScanSnap Manager menu.
Normally, you do not have to exit ScanSnap Manager.
Disconnecting the ScanSnap
1.
Close the ADF paper chute (cover) to turn off the ScanSnap.

Disconnect the USB cable from your computer.
3.
Disconnect the power cable or the USB bus power cable from the AC 
outlet or the computer.
You cannot use the ScanSnap after exiting ScanSnap Manager.
Select [Applications] J [ScanSnap] J [ScanSnap Manager] from the Finder to start up 
ScanSnap Manager when you want to use the ScanSnap.
The ScanSnap is turned on/off in conjunction with the computer or opening/closing of the 
ADF paper chute (cover). Therefore, you do not have to worry about turning the power 
on/off as long as the ScanSnap is connected to a computer.
