How can I enter the PUK code 

when the SIM card is blocked 

as a result of entering my PIN 

incorrectly three times?

You must enter the PIN Unblocking Key(PUK) supplied by 

your service provider to unblock the SIM and set a new 

PIN.
1.  Press and hold the 

Volume Down Key for 5 seconds on 

the lock screen state until PUK key input screen appears. 

2.  Enter the PUK and new PIN.
Now you can use the device with your new PIN.

Unlock Pattern?

After attempting the Unlock Pattern 5 times, you can touch 

the 

Forgot pattern? option and use your Google account 

information to unlock your device.

create the Google account on the 

device?

Without entering the Unlock Pattern, you will not be able to 

access your device.
