To uninstall applications not from Android Market
You cannot uninstall applications that are preinstalled on the phone. 

Press 

, then press 

, and then touch

On the Manage applications screen, touch the application you want to uninstall.

On the Application info screen, touch 

. 

To free up more phone memory or storage card space
If your phone is running low on memory, you can try the following:
•

In Browser, clear all temporary Internet files and Browser history information. Refer to “Using 
Browser” on page 68 for more details.

•

Uninstall programs you downloaded from Android Market that you no longer use. Refer to “To 
uninstall an application” on page 98 for more details.

T-Mobile My Account lets you quickly view a summary of your account, get help for your phone, and 
show storage and battery levels.
To open My Account
Press 

, touch the Applications tab, and then touch
