The Getting Started with the SmartSTACK Ethernet ELS10-27 
guide lists the available LCM commands, including each commandÕs 
options.

If you are going to manage the SmartSTACK Ethernet ELS10-27 using 
LCM, you Þrst must connect the SmartSTACK Ethernet ELS10-27 to an 
ASCII terminal or terminal emulator.

When you want to use LCM, begin by pressing the Enter key several 
times to get the LCM prompt (

). 

Displays the menu of available commands. Help can also be displayed by 
typing a question mark (?). 

Telnet support allows you to telnet to the device and gain access to LCM. 
The device allows 4 sessions. Passwords for telnet are the RO and RW 
community names for the device and allow the corresponding level of 
access. You are not allowed to modify passwords via a Telnet session. If 
an IP address is added or modiÞed using Telnet, the new address will not 
take affect until the next reboot.

Entering 

 to erase the current SmartSTACK Ethernet ELS10-27 

conÞguration returns all parameters to the default values.
