You can search for local places and information using the following apps on your navigation de-
vice: 

 

Yelp 

 

TripAdvisor 

 

Expedia 

You can then navigate to a place found using these apps by using your navigation device. 

You can also share your destination and arrival times with friends and family using Twitter. 

Note: Only available on LIVE devices. 

 

You can search for a POI using Yelp, TripAdvisor or Expedia and then navigate to it immediately 
using your navigation device. 

To search for a hotel, for example, do the following: 

1.  Tap Services in the Main menu. 

Tip: When planning a route to a POI, you can also select POIs provided by Yelp, TripAdvisor 
and Expedia after selecting a POI category. 

2.  Tap Yelp, TripAdvisor or Expedia. 

   

   

 

3.  Tap In city. 

You can search in different ways including near you and in a particular city. 

4.  Enter the name of the town or city and select it when it is shown in the list. 
5.  Tap the arrow button to expand the list of POI categories. 

Tip: If you already know the name of the POI you want to use, you can tap Search to enter 
the name and select this location. 

6.  Scroll down the list and tap Hotels. 

The hotel closest to your destination is shown at the top of the list. How the distance is meas-
ured varies depending on how you initially searched for the POI:
