Compass Page
During active navigation, the Compass page guides 
you to your destination with a graphic compass display 
using a pointer.
Compass Page
The compass 
ring moves to 
indicate North 
orientation.
Pointer
Data fields show information such as current speed, 
distance to the next point on the route, and estimated 
arrival time. 
The compass ring indicates your heading, and the 
pointer tells you what direction you should be headed 
to reach your destination.
Calibrating the Compass
You must calibrate the electronic compass outdoors. 
When you calibrate the compass, hold the Colorado 
level and do not stand near objects that influence 
magnetic fields, such as cars, buildings, or overhead 
power lines.
To calibrate the electronic compass:
1.  From the Compass page, select 
Options
 > 
Calibrate Compass
.
2.  Press 
ENTER to start the calibration, and follow the 
on-screen directions. 
  NOTE: Calibrate the compass after moving large 
distances, experiencing temperature changes, or 
changing the batteries.
