Record, play or delete memos
Memos are messages you record yourself. They are saved, played back and
deleted exactly like incoming messages. You can record a memo as a reminder
to yourself, or leave a message for someone else using the same telephone.
Press
MENU/
SELECT
when the handset is not in use.
Press or to scroll to
>ANSWERING SYS, then press
MENU
/SELECT.

>RECORD MEMO.
Press

/SELECT. The system announces, “Record after the tone.
Press
5 when you are done.”
Speak towards the handset microphone after a long beep. You can record a
memo up to three minutes. Memos shorter than two seconds are not recorded.

5 to stop recording. The system announces, “Recorded.”

If you record a memo when the answering system memory is full, “
