The
show ip ospf neighbors
command displays a table of all OSPF’s neighbors.
The output includes the following information:
IP interface
IP address of the interface for the neighbor (OSPF
dynamic and configured neighbors only).

Neighbor IP Address
IP address of the neighbor.
State
State of the neighbor, which is the following:

Down
-- Neighbor is not operational. This state can
