When battery packs are installed in both the pen computer and the AC
adapter/recharger, normally the internal battery pack charging lamp
on the AC adapter/recharger lights orange to indicate that the internal
battery packs (in the pen computer ) are being charged, and the exter-
nal battery pack charging lamps flash slowly (at about a 0.9 second
interval) to indicate that the battery packs in the AC adapter/recharger
are waiting to be charged.
Once the battery packs in the pen computer are fully charged, the in-
ternal battery pack charging lamp turns off and the external battery
pack charging lamps light orange, indicating that the battery packs in
the AC adapter/recharger are now being charged. Because the bat-
tery packs are still not fully charged after the lamps turn off, allow
charging to continue for at least an additional hour.
