Description 
Use the accounting optional command to enable the accounting optional feature.  
Use the undo accounting optional command to disable the feature. 
By default, the feature is disabled. 
Note that: 
With the accounting optional command configured, a user that will be disconnected otherwise 
can use the network resources even when there is no available accounting server or the 
communication with the current accounting server fails. This command is normally used when 
authentication is required but accounting is not. 
If you configure the accounting optional command for a domain, the device does not send 
real-time accounting updates for users of the domain any more after accounting fails. 
With the accounting optional command configured, the limit on the number of local user 
connections configured by the attribute access-limit command is not effective.

radius-scheme radius-scheme-name: Specifies a RADIUS scheme by its name, which is a string of 1 
to 32 characters. 
Description 
Use the accounting portal command to specify the accounting scheme for portal users. 
Use the undo accounting portal command to restore the default. 
By default, the default accounting scheme is used for portal users. 
Note that the RADIUS scheme specified for the current ISP domain must have been configured.
