When the total number of error frames and error frame rate of the data transferred between the OLT and 
ONU exceed the alarm thresholds, the frame error rate alarm occurs.  
By default, both uplink and downlink data between OLT and ONU are monitored. 
Related commands: alarm frame-error-rate enable.  
Examples 
# Enable the frame error rate alarm on OLT 1/0/1, adopt the default monitor direction, and set the 
corresponding alarm threshold to 20.
