The window size and threshold values specified in this command comprise two parts, the higher 
part and the lower part, both of which are 16 bits in length. 
 
By default, the window size is 1 second, and the threshold is 20 bytes. 
 
Description 
Use the alarm oam error-symbol-period command to configure the corresponding window size and 
alarm threshold. 
Use the undo alarm oam error-symbol-period command to restore the default window size and alarm 
threshold. 
The system generates an error symbol period alarm when the number of error bytes in a specific period 
(that is, the window size) exceeds the corresponding predefined threshold.
