If you do not remember the Rapid key or Speed Dial number in which you have stored a particular
fax number, you can search for the number by following the steps below:

Speed Dial/Search

1. Press 

the 

Speed Dial/Search key twice.

GHI

PQRS

ABC

JKL

TUV

DEF

MNO

WXYZ

2.  Enter the first letter of the stored name by pressing the

appropriate number key (the key below the marked
letter) until the letter appears in the display.  If the name
begins with a special character or number, press “1”.

  If you do not remember the first letter, go to Step 3

and scroll through the list from the beginning.

Start Fax

3. Press the 

 or 

 (left and right arrow keys) to

scroll through the names (numbers if you pressed “0”).
Stop when the desired name appears in the display.

4. Press the Start Fax key.  The document will be

automatically transmitted once the telephone connection
is made.
