Important Safeguards
When using this Classic Coffee Concepts coffee maker,
follow these basic safety precuations.
Read all instructions.
Do not use this appliance for anything other than its
intended use.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug
or if the appliance malfunctions or is damaged in any way.
Contact Classic Coffee Concepts if you have any concern
about possible damage.
Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water
or any other liquids.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter
top or touch hot surfaces.
Turn the appliance off and unplug from outlet before
cleaning.
Never use hot water to fill the reservoir. Fill with cold
water only.
Keep the brewer out of the reach of children.
The use of accessories and attachments not recommended
by the manufacturer could cause damage and
personal injury.
This appliance brews hot beverages. Use caution when
pouring from the decanter or handling the coffee grounds.
The brewer should be OFF and cooled down before the
brew basket is removed.

Coffee Makers
To protect against electrical shock never immerse the cord,
plug or coffee maker in water or any other liquids.
Be sure the appliance has shut off and is cooled before
cleaning.
Wash the brew funnel and decanter with warm soapy water.
They are dishwasher safe but in the top rack only.
Wipe the coffee maker with a clean damp cloth as needed.
Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners to clean any part or
parts of the coffee maker.
Periodically, the pump system of the coffee maker will
need to be cleaned of mineral deposits. For most
installations, it is recommended that the maker be cleaned
every six months.
Follow the instructions on the packets of Mr. Coffee
Cleaner to remove mineral deposit buildup.

Carefully unpack the coffee maker.
Verify that the voltage shown on the information plate on
the base of the brewer is the same as the voltage in the
hotel room.
Do not immerse the coffee maker in water or any other
liquid.
Wipe the coffee maker with a clean damp cloth to remove
any dust that may have accumulated during the unpacking.
Remove the inner brew basket and wash with warm soapy
water. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners.  Rinse
thoroughly.
Place the coffee maker on a flat, level surface.
Plug the cord into the proper electrical outlet.
Note: We recommend running a complete brew cycle with cold
water before brewing the first coffee. This will remove any dust
that may have settled inside the coffee maker.
