To prevent unauthorized operation, you can specify who is allowed to access
each of the machine’s functions.

❖ Available Functions

Specify the available functions from the copier, Document Server, fax, scan-
ner, and printer functions.

❒ To copy in both color and black/white select [Full Color/Two Color/Black &

. To print in both color and black/white select [Full Color].

❒ Unless you select all items in the [Copier] or [Printer] setting, the {Auto Color Se-

lection}

 key cannot be used.

❒ When [Full Color / Two-color / Single Color / Black & White] appears selected, only

 is effective.When [Two-color / Single Color / Black & White], [Single Color

 appears selected, only [Black & White] is effective.

This can be specified by the user administrator. Specify the functions available to reg-
istered users. By making this setting, you can limit the functions available to users.
