configuration polling

Incorrect time zone is used for one to two minutes after a reboot

• 12552:

Phone reboots if line keys on Expansion Module are pressed rapidly

and continuously

• 12841: Far end phone continues to ring if near end phone ends call prior to far

end answering in specific shared-line scenario

• 12951: Malformed RTP packets received by phone can cause it to crash
