his product is manufactured by Lab.gruppen and is warranted to be free from defects in components 

nd factory workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of 

riginal purchase from an authorised Lab.gruppen dealer. 

hen failing to perform as specified during the warranty period we will undertake to repair, or at our 

ption, replace this product at no charge to its owner, provided the unit is returned undamaged and 

hipping prepaid, to an authorised service facility or to the factory. 

his warranty shall be null and void, if the product is subjected to: Repair work or alteration by a person 

ther than those authorised by us; mechanical damage including shipping accidents; war, civil 

surrection, misuse, abuse, operation with incorrect AC voltage, incorrect connections, wrong 

ccessories, incorrect use of accessories, operation with faulty associated equipment, exposure to 

clement weather conditions and normal wear and tear. Units, on which the serial number has been 
moved or defaced, will not be eligible for warranty service. 

ab.gruppen shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Lab.gruppen’s 

sponsibility is limited to the product itself. Lab.gruppen take no responsibility for any loss due to 

ancellation of any events, or rent of replacement equipment or costs due to third party’s or customer’s 

ss of profit, or any other indirect cost or losses however incurred. 

ab.gruppen reserve the right to make changes or improvements in design or manufacturing without 

ssuming any obligation to change or improve products previously manufactured.

 the event of your Lab.gruppen product needing factory service, you may contact Lab.gruppen’s 

ervice department for return instructions and a Return Authorisation number.

1.  Use the original packing. 
2.  Include a copy of the sales receipt, your name, return address, phone and fax number, email 

address and description of the defect. 

3.  Mark the Return Authorisation number on the outside of the packing. 
4.  Ship the product prepaid to:
