Set the RIP default route characteristics. The no form of this command disables the 
default route characteristics.

• talk-only - The default route is advertised in RIP 
updates but ignored on incoming neighbor 
updates.
• listen-only - The default route is suppressed 
from RIP updates but accepted on incoming 
neighbor updates.
• talk-listen - The default route is advertised and 
accepted.
• disable - The default route is not advertised or 
accepted.
