Copy a specified file in NVRAM to another specified file in NVRAM.

 

 

This example shows the copy <source filename> <dest filename> command.

Cajun# copy ripcfg.txt test.txt

Copied file '/nvram/ripcfg.txt' to file '/nvram/test.txt'

copy <source filename> <dest filename>

source filename

The name of the source file in NVRAM. It must be an 
ASCII script file, with a 1-8 letter base filename, and 
file extension of ".txt" 

dest filename

The name of the destination file in NVRAM. It must 
be an ASCII script file, with a 1-8 letter base 
filename, and file extension of ".txt"
