* Note:  A serial interface should be used to configure an IP 

address and user account for the switch. Default 
accounts are:

1. Obtain the name and password for the user account you will 

be using.

2. At the system prompt, enter telnet and the IP address. 

telnet <IP address>

3. Enter your user name and password at the respective 

prompts.

To access the Cajun ATM Uplink CLI, enter session and the slot 
number (Example: Session 2). The prompt changes to

 

ATM>, 

indicating that you are logged into the Cajun ATM Uplink CLI. 

* Note:  The prompt reflects the change of mode.

To exit the Cajun ATM Uplink CLI:

1. Enter exit at the system prompt, as many times as necessary, 

until you have returned to the User mode.

2. Enter quit to end the ATM Uplink CLI session. You are 

returned to the Cajun P550R Supervisor prompt and can 
disconnect from telnet or the serial interface.
