The following example attaches the pvc to physical port 1

ATM(configure)# set pvc 1-4-101 port 1

The identifier for the pvc. It is equal to 
<physPort> - <vpi> - <vci>

(e.g., port number 1 with a vpi of 4 and a vci of 
101 would have a pvcID of 1-4-101)

The physical port to which you are attaching 
the pvc.
