This section describes the tasks that you will use with the Log Viewer.

To delete entries from the call log:

1.

Select the entries that you want to delete from the Log Viewer window.

If you want to select all of the entries in the Log Viewer, select 

Select

All 

from the Edit menu.

The entries that you selected are highlighted.

Perform one the following steps:

If you want to add these entries to the call log archive file, select

Moveto Archive 

from the Edit menu.

The PassageWay Log Viewer dialog box appears, displaying the

number of entries that will be deleted from the call log.
