Physical IP address:

will connect to the
CallCenter Server
whose IP address is
"210.210.1.3".

You have to set the Firewall to open the port 5000, and
assign the port 5000 to the CallCenter Server PC.
Please refer to the user manual of your Firewall for how
to do these settings.
