Touch  the

  Applications  tab

Combined Inbox (on the 

Accounts screen). Messages in 

the 

Combined Inbox are colour-

coded on the left, by account, 

using the same colours used for 

your accounts in the 

Accounts 

screen.

Composing and sending 

email

To compose and send a message:

In the 

Email application, touch 

the 

Menu key, then touch 

Compose.
Enter an address for the message

’s intended recipient. As you enter 

text, matching addresses will 

be offered from your contacts. 

Separate multiple addresses with 

commas.
Touch the 

Menu key and then 

touch 

Add Cc/Bcc to copy or 

blind copy to other contacts/email

Enter the text of the message. 
Touch 

Attach to attach the file 

you want to share with your 

message.
Touch 

Send. 

If you’re not ready to send the 

message, touch the 

Menu key 

and then touch 

Save as draft to 

save it in a 

Drafts folder. Touch 

a message in a Drafts folder 

to resume working on it. Your 

message will also be saved as a 

draft if you touch the 

Back key 

 and tap on

 Yes in Save 

as draft pop up before sending 

it.If you aren’t connected to a 

network, for example if you’re 

working in airplane mode, the 

messages you send are stored 

in your Outbox folder until you’

re connected to a network. If it 

contains any pending messages, 

the Outbox will be displayed on 

the Accounts screen.
