The ZyXEL BPS-120, back-up power system, is designed to 

enhance system availability by offering switch additional DC 

power source in addition to switch internal power. Each BPS-120 

can connect up to 6 devices and act as back-up DC power 

source for one whose system power failed. This can low the risk 

of network outbreak due to power down, which is vital for 

network operation.

Ethernet-enabled devices. The PoE injector is ideal for extending 

wireless networks to larger rooms, buildings and warehouses. 

ZyXEL PoE-12 can support diagnostic for PoE enable/disable first 

and then decide to feed power or not. At meanwhile, the injector 

protect the access point or other device from potential power 

surge damage threat.
