When selecting the user certificate, enter the 

password using the on-screen keyboard, then 
tap [OK].

Enter the certification name using the on-screen 

keyboard, then tap [OK].

Press the 

 (Back) button to close the settings.

Setting the proxy server

When connecting via proxy server, settings are 
necessary.

Turn on [Wi-Fi] on the device (page 58).

Tap [Wi-Fi Settings].

Tap your Wi-Fi router’s SSID in the [Wi-Fi 

Networks] list.

If you select a connected Wi-Fi network , tap [Edit 
these network settings].

If prompted for a password, tap the input area 

and enter the password using the on-screen 
keyboard.

Tap [Use a proxy server].

The check box is checked.

 [Use a proxy server]

 [Address]

 [Port]

Tap [Address] and input a valid address of the 

proxy server using the on-screen keyboard.

Tap [Port] and input a valid port number using 
the on-screen keyboard.

Tap [Connect].

If you have selected a connected Wi-Fi network in 
Step 3, tap [Save].

Manually setting a Wi-Fi connection

Turn on [Wi-Fi] on the device (page 58).

Tap [Wi-Fi Settings].

Tap [Add Wi-Fi Network].

Tap [Manual Registration].
