Autoexposure Lock
Use autoexposure lock to recompose photographs after metering exposure:

Set metering to
Z or b (0 105).
Choose
Z to assign the greatest weight to the center of frame, or b to set
exposure for a 3.5-mm circle centered on the active focus point.
