5. You can set up the Office 365 or SharePoint Online destination account entry in two
ways:
a) Allow users to enter their own Office 365 or SharePoint Online account
information at the MFP, or
b) Set up the ConnectKey App to use a preset destination account by selecting the
check box for Provide the user with a default login name.
6. If you select the preset destination option, you are prompted to enter the following
Destination details:
• Login Name – the email address or account associated with the Office 365 or
SharePoint Online account

Login credentials are supported in the following format:
userid@domain.onmicrosoft.com; domain\userid@customdomain.com, where
domain reflects the domain configured during the Office 365 account setup.

If you set up the preset destination account, the user will also be able to choose to
print from a different Office 365 or SharePoint Online account by editing the login
at the user interface of the MFP.
