Editing a Page Definition
You may want to edit a page definition. This is achieved via the View/Change Page
Definition dialogue.
Edit the Text Blocks
Select the Text Block
Select the Add, Edit or
Delete button
Add
Choosing this button will allow you
to Create a New Text Block
 in the
page definition (refer to Copying a
Text Block in Chapter 6).
(eg. you could use the option if you
were editing a page definition
copied from another environment)
1. Click on any text block name in
the list.
2. Click on Add to display the Add
Text Block dialogue and the next
text block number in the sequence.
3. Choose OK in the dialogue to
display the View/Change Text Block
Settings dialogue.
4. Edit the dialogue to create a new
text block and  insert the next
portion of printstream data into the
block. Choose OK.
5. Choose OK again in the
View/Change Page Definition
dialogue  to return to the
Environment Editor and view the
added text block.
Delete
Choosing this button will
delete the selected text
block (refer to Deleting a
Text Block in Chapter 6
regarding deleting text
blocks. Take note of
WARNING!).
1. Click on the text block to
be deleted. A dialogue will
be displayed requesting
confirmation or
cancellation of the
deletion.
2. Click on OK to delete the
text block. The text block
will be deleted from the
Text Block list.
3. Choose OK again in the
View/Change Page
Definition dialogue to
return to the Environment
Editor.
Edit
Choosing this button will
allow you to edit the
settings for the selected
text block (refer to Editing
Text Blocks in Chapter 5).
1. Click on the text block
to be edited. The
View/Change Text Block
Settings dialogue for the
selected text block will be
displayed.
2. Edit the settings as
required. Choose OK.
3. Choose OK again in the
View/Change Page
Definition dialogue  to
return to the Environment
Editor and view the edited
text block.
