Once the file is ready, File Ready screen will display, indicating “File Successfully generated”.
Right-click on the link UsageLog.csv to download the file.

If there are any communication problems, a message window will display. Check your configuration
and communication settings by clicking the Settings button. This will take you to the SMart eSolution
